A-medium plastic

A-Medium plastic is moderately flexible and provides a good grip even in cold weather. The discs are less stable than Discs in A-Hard plastic, but more stable than Discs in A-Soft plastic. They are suitable for both forehand and backhand players.

Over- or under-stable

Over- or under-stable explains whether the disc goes right or left for right-handed backhand throwers.
Add turn + Fade, if the sum is below 0 the disc is under-stable.
If the sum is 0, it is a neutral disc and if the sum is over 1, the disc is overstable.
Understable = Right, Neutral = Straight, Overstable = Left.
If you are left-handed it is the other way around, also applies to a right-handed person throwing forehand.
As a beginner, you should have an under-stable disc with low weight.
