Driver designed to provide maximum glide
Designed to provide maximum glide with a reliable fade regardless of your skill level. Beginners to intermediate players will find the Scorch an easy disc to throw straight.
It will struggle to come back, even in the wind, while advanced and professionals can expect high-speed turns and a late finish that provides fantastic distance.
ESP Premium plastic
ESP plastic has high durability, Good grip, Sticky feel and Long lasting life.
Discraft offers with ESP a great combination of durability and grip.
First released in 2006, this plastic is very similar to the Discraft Z Line plastic and is one of the most durable plastics.
It is slightly less durable than the Z Line but in return provides a much better grip.
Over- or under-stable
Over- or under-stable explains whether the disc goes right or left for right-handed backhand throwers.
Add turn + Fade, if the sum is below 0 the disc is under-stable.
If the sum is 0, it is a neutral disc and if the sum is over 1, the disc is overstable.
Understable = Right, Neutral = Straight, Overstable = Left.
If you are left-handed it is the other way around, also applies to a right-handed person throwing forehand.
As a beginner, you should have an under-stable disc with low weight.
