Right of withdrawal
Private consumer has the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days according to the Distance Contracts Act.
Companies do not have the right of withdrawal but we apply the right of exchange.
The right of withdrawal applies according to the aforementioned law only if the product and its original packaging can be returned in essentially unchanged condition.
You have the right to open the packaging and check that the product works provided that the nature of the product requires this. However, the goods may not be used apart from this.
Return of Discs they must be whole, clean, undamaged and not thrown away.

Before returning the item, you must always contact us for proper return instructions.

Return freight

If you change your mind about an online or mail order purchase, you must pay the return postage yourself. Remember to pack the product well as you as a consumer are responsible for the risk of return shipping;
this risk includes, among other things, that the product is damaged or lost during shipping.
We recommend that a return be sent traceably.

When using the Discace.se provided return slip, you will be charged SEK 59.
If you have paid by invoice, you will receive a new invoice sent to you for SEK 59.
If you have paid by card, you will be refunded the purchase amount minus SEK 59.

An unclaimed shipment is not considered a withdrawal.

Uncollected shipment
For shipments that have not been collected and the package is returned, a fee of SEK 300 incl. VAT will be charged to cover transport and administration costs.
As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that your address, telephone number and e-mail are correct.

Refund in case of withdrawal or complaint.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of the return as all returns must be checked before crediting/refunding.

Complaints
We guarantee that the goods you receive are flawless upon delivery.
Should you receive a damaged or non-functional product, please contact us and describe in detail what the error is.
You have a 1-year warranty and 3-year right of complaint on all products.
Contact us if you need to use the warranty! We pay the return freight in the event of a return of goods due to a complaint.
In the event of a dispute, we have a policy of following the recommendations of the General Complaints Board
You have the right to open the packaging free of charge to check that the product works.
