Dristance driver with the comfort of a Fairway Driver
Introducing the third disc in Paul McBeth's lineup - The Anax (pronounced 'aa-nuhks').
A strong, over-stable fairway driver with the sharp edge of a distance driver but the comfort, thinner rim and precision of a fairway driver.
ESP Premium plastic
ESP plastic has high durability, Good grip, Sticky feel and Long lasting life.
Discraft offers with ESP a great combination of durability and grip.
First released in 2006, this plastic is very similar to the Discraft Z Line plastic and is one of the most durable plastics.
It is slightly less durable than the Z Line but in return provides a much better grip.
Over- or under-stable
Over- or under-stable explains whether the disc goes right or left for right-handed backhand throwers.
Add turn + Fade, if the sum is below 0 the disc is under-stable.
If the sum is 0, it is a neutral disc and if the sum is over 1, the disc is overstable.
Understable = Right, Neutral = Straight, Overstable = Left.
If you are left-handed it is the other way around, also applies to a right-handed person throwing forehand.
As a beginner, you should have an under-stable disc with low weight.
