SVEA - Not just for beginners!
This easy-to-use disc can be your secret weapon for performing the lines you need.
However, don't confuse it with a disc for beginners only. Whenever you need massive glide, the Svea will deliver.
It has a lower profile than our Göte midrange disc, making it suitable for smaller hands.
Easy to grip and easy to release.
Suitable for: Low power throwers and whenever good glide is needed.
DIY
To add to the excitement, Kastaplast has decided to add a new selection of Discs to its range. Disc golf is not only a sport for many people, but also a source of creativity, and not only on the course. The white shiny disc is a natural canvas for artwork and manufacturers have used this well to differentiate themselves. Kastaplast has noticed an increasing interest from players to put their own stamp on their Discs, and we want to encourage this through DIY.
K1 Soft plastic - Soft with good grip
K1 Soft is similar to K1, but smoother and with more grip.
As with K1, this plastic comes in both transparent and solid colors.
Over- or under-stable
Over- or under-stable explains whether the disc goes right or left for right-handed backhand throwers.
Add turn + Fade, if the sum is below 0 the disc is under-stable.
If the sum is 0, it is a neutral disc and if the sum is over 1, the disc is overstable.
Understable = Right, Neutral = Straight, Overstable = Left.
If you are left-handed it is the other way around, also applies to a right-handed person throwing forehand.
As a beginner, you should have an under-stable disc with low weight.
